What Land Clearing & Brush Removal Involves

Land clearing is the process of removing trees, brush, undergrowth, and other vegetation from a property so your property is ready for whatever comes next: a new build, pasture, a fence line, a driveway, or a yard you can actually enjoy.

The same equipment and process also works for the occasional storm cleanup — fallen limbs or a downed tree here and there — though that's not our main focus.

We run a compact track skid steer with grapple and brush attachments, which lets us work efficiently in tight residential lots as well as larger rural parcels, without tearing up the surrounding lawn the way heavier equipment can.

Once the vegetation is down, we handle the haul-off too — but that part is optional. If you'd rather keep the brush on-site to burn yourself, we can leave it piled up instead, usually at a lower rate since we're not hauling anything away.

  • Tree, brush, and overgrowth removal
  • Debris hauled off, or left piled on-site to burn — your choice
  • Site walk-through and free, honest estimate
  • Careful work around fences, sheds, and structures
  • Property left graded and ready for what's next
  • Occasional storm cleanup, on a case-by-case basis

Questions

Land Clearing & Brush Removal FAQ

It depends on the size of the area, how dense the vegetation is, and site access. We'll walk the property and give you a free, straightforward estimate before any work starts.

We handle brush, undergrowth, and smaller trees as part of standard land clearing. For larger stumps, let us know during your estimate so we can plan the right approach.

We can, but it's optional. If you'd rather we leave the brush piled on-site — to burn yourself, for example — we're happy to do that instead, usually for a lower rate since hauling isn't part of the job.

Smaller residential lots are often done in a day or less. Larger or denser parcels can take longer — we'll give you a realistic timeline with your estimate.

Occasionally, if it lines up with our schedule — but it's not our main focus. Reach out and we'll let you know if we can help.
